With a degree in Communications and Business, and years of hands-on experience, she officially stepped into management in 2020 and quickly tripled her family’s rental revenue. That success led to the launch of Summer Capital Management, a boutique vacation rental company built on local roots, thoughtful service, and a love for travel. Elizabeth is Breezeway-certified and committed to creating memorable guest stays while offering homeowners stress-free, expert management.
